The list is updated weekly and is arranged by city and state. 3. Remove the attached LensTech form from your flyer and include your Marsh Fresh Idea 12 digit number where required. Your Dr. will do the rest! You may print a form if you do not have a flyer by clicking here. 4. Upon the completion of your eye exam and you have selected the frame and lens of your choice, present your FRESH IDEA CARD to receive a 20% savings on your frame and lens purchase.
